MOTOR DEVELOPMENT GROUP - Age 2-6
Motor Development – A therapeutic play session focusing on gross motor development activities such as tumbling and stretching. This class also includes general sports skills like throwing and catching.
Swim Lessons – Teaches basic pool skills for children unable to swim independently. Class is taught by a Red Cross certified instructor with adaptive swim experience.
ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT GROUP – Age 7-11
Track and Field – Competitive team of both stand-up and wheelchair athletes. This team will travel to compete with the following opportunities this season: Gateway Games in St. Louis, MO May 1-3; Dixie Games in Warm Springs, GA May 8-10; Endeavor Games in Edmond, OK June 11-14 and, for qualified athletes, National Jr. Disability Championships back in St. Louis, MO July 25-Aug 1. Athletes are not required to travel to all events. Track and Field will be coached by Director, Tammy Bolen. Tammy has been involved in adaptive track and field for 12 years.

Stroke Development – This swim class is for athletes that already have confidence in the pool and can swim one length of the pool without assistance. It will focus on developing proper stroke techniques and improving water skills.
VARSITY GROUP – Age 12-21
Archery – This program is coached by Ty Davis, the owner of Everything Archery in Bartlett, TN. It includes safety training and equipment rental in addition to instruction. All skill levels are welcome.

Swim Team – This is a competitive team practice for swimmers that can maintain at least one strong stroke for a complete lap in the pool. Competitive travel opportunities will take place in the spring and summer sessions.
ALL GROUPS
Family Biking – Get out and have some fun together! This is a recreational opportunity for the whole family which takes place at parks around the Memphis area. Call us if you need an adaptive bike.
